About RPMTX
Today it's run by a founder and a partner who grew up here and found a pretty great reason to take out the trash. RPMTX is valet trash and property services for Greater Austin apartment communities, Austin owned and operated. Our crews are our own employees, and every property has a direct line to us.
The owners
Branden and Keith grew up in Austin and graduated from McCallum High School and Texas State University in San Marcos. When something goes wrong on your property, you reach one of them, not a ticket queue.

Keith's career has been developing people, setting standards and making sure they hold every day, not just on inspection day. At RPMTX he leads the crews and owns how the service runs at your doors.

That's the mission: every door worked, every service documented, and anything missed made right. Four values keep us honest, and each one comes with a way to check it, because "trust us" is not a value.
Every person RPMTX puts on your property is one of our own employees: background-checked, badged, uniformed and covered by our insurance rather than someone else's.
Check it: ask for our certificate of insurance, workers' comp included, before you sign.
The crew logs a status at every door as it is worked: collected, no set-out, or exception. Exceptions are photographed and timestamped the same night.

Every miss is made right within 24 hours at no charge: collected on the next service night, and if that is more than 24 hours away, the crew comes back within 24 hours. The same unit missed twice in one billing month has that unit's RPMTX fee credited.
