Service area

Valet trash and property services across Greater Austin.

Austin and eight cities around it, from Georgetown to San Marcos. Austin pickup runs at night. Outside Austin, schedules are set per property. Each city sets its own rules: Austin requires apartment recycling and composting, San Marcos requires apartment recycling, and we check each city's rules before we quote.

Cities we serve

Each city's rules, the short version. No scavenger hunt through city code.

  • Austin

Home base. Service 1-7 nights a week in the window your property picks. Austin's Universal Recycling Ordinance applies to communities with 5+ units: recycling and composting access for every resident, compost collected at least weekly (required since October 1, 2024), and an annual recycling plan. We help run the part residents see.

  • Cedar Park

Schedule set per property. Austin's URO stops at the city limit: Cedar Park apartments follow Cedar Park's own code, so Austin's composting rules don't apply there.

  • Leander

Schedule set per property. No recycling or composting requirement for apartments. Dumpsters and compactors must sit no closer to the street than the building, behind a masonry screen wall at least as tall as the container, with a solid gate.

  • Round Rock

Schedule set per property. No Austin URO here: Round Rock apartments follow Round Rock's own code, so Austin's composting rules don't apply.

  • Georgetown

Schedule set per property. No recycling or composting requirement for apartments; commercial recycling is optional.

  • Pflugerville

Schedule set per property. Recycling is voluntary: no recycling or composting requirement for apartments. Check the city limits: some Pflugerville addresses sit outside the city.

  • Hutto

Schedule set per property. No recycling or composting requirement for apartments.

  • Buda

Schedule set per property. No recycling requirement for apartments: commercial recycling and food-waste collection are optional.

  • Kyle

Schedule set per property. No recycling requirement for apartments: commercial recycling is optional.

  • San Marcos

Schedule set per property. Recycling is required: communities with five or more units must have City recycling service (Multifamily Recycling Ordinance, 2010).

Before you compare quotes

City limits make the rules. Your mailing address doesn't.

The rules follow the city limits, not the envelope. Some Pflugerville-addressed neighborhoods, for example, sit outside the city, and a community with 5+ units inside Austin city limits falls under Austin's URO whatever its mailing address says. Send the street address and we'll check which rules apply before we quote.

Not on the list? Try us.

Send the address anyway. We'll tell you straight whether we can serve it.
