Included with core service

Compactor area policing. Glamorous? Debatable. Included? Yes.

Every service visit, the crew clears the compactor area: strays bagged, overflow photographed and reported. It's baked into the per-door rate, not an add-on you have to remember to buy.

How it works

Compactor area policing, step by step

  1. The crew polices the pad

Every service visit, the crew clears the compactor area and bags any strays.

  2. Overflow gets its picture taken

If the compactor area is overflowing, it is photographed and timestamped as an exception the night it happens.

  3. You know before you walk out there

The compactor's condition is in your door-level report by morning. Where your platform allows it, a full compactor can also be raised there as a work order. We scope that during onboarding.

Questions

What property teams ask about this

Does compactor policing cost extra?

No. It is included in the per-door rate, not an add-on. There is no setup fee, no fuel surcharge and no container deposit either. The per-door rate is the rate.

What happens when the compactor is full or overflowing?

The crew photographs it, timestamps it and reports it the same night, so it shows up on your door-level report as an exception. If your work-order system is connected, a full compactor can be raised as a work order there before the morning walk. That connection is scoped with you during onboarding.

How often is the compactor area policed?

Every service visit. You pick 1-7 services a week and the collection window, and the compactor area is cleared on each of them. In Austin, that's at night; outside Austin, the schedule is set per property. For July and August turns, turn-season support adds doubled compactor policing, scoped and priced for your turn calendar.

Who is doing the work on my property?

Our own employees. We do not subcontract, franchise or staff routes through an agency, so the crew at your compactor is background-checked, badged, uniformed and covered by our insurance.
