How is porter service priced?
It is built from porter hours. You tell us which areas need covering and how often, and we quote the hours that takes. The Price my property page shows a market range per porter hour, as a guide. RPMTX confirms its own price after the property walk.
What does the porter cover?
A litter walk of the grounds and common areas, the amenity, pool and grill-area trash cans, the breezeways and the approach to your leasing office. Need something else covered? Tell us when you price it and we'll tell you straight whether we do it.
How is this different from compactor area policing?
Compactor area policing comes with valet trash: the crew clears the compactor area every service night, included in the per-door rate. Porter service is a separate add-on for the grounds, amenity cans, breezeways and leasing office approach, quoted from porter hours.
Is a swept breezeway a clean one?
It is a picked-up one. Sweeping clears litter and debris, not stains. For those, add power washing, quoted for the areas you choose and how often you want them done.
Can porter service go on the same contract as our valet trash?
