How is bulk pickup priced?
Per haul. A haul is one property on one date, priced by the size of the load, from a pickup bed to a full truck. A few single pieces riding on a haul that's already booked are priced per item instead. Every haul gets before and after photos. Ask for the rates with your quote.
How fast does it get cleared?
Scheduled bulk hauls are off the breezeways within 48 hours.
Who is doing the hauling?
Our own employees. Every person RPMTX puts on your property is background-checked, badged, uniformed and covered by our insurance. We do not subcontract, franchise or staff routes through an agency.
What about move-out season?
For July and August turns, turn-season support adds extra crews for unit clean-out hauls and doubled compactor policing, scoped and priced for your turn calendar.
