Trash that takes itself out.

It doesn't, actually. We take it.

Valet trash + property services for Greater Austin apartment communities.

Austin owned and operated since 2012. Still weirdly into it.

A timestamped report on every door. Our own crews. Backed by our 24-hour make-good.

Our team's multifamily experience includes communities operated by

  • Greystar
  • Willow Bridge
  • Avenue5 Residential
  • Apartment Management Consultants
  • $2M aggregate general liability
  • Workers' comp on every crew member

Receipts. For trash.

“They skipped me” meets its match: a timestamp.

Your residents shouldn't be your monitoring system. Every door gets a status every service night, and the report is in your inbox before your morning walk, with nothing to log into.

  • Collected

Picked up, with the time logged.

  • No set-out

Nothing out when the crew passed. Logged with the time, so the follow-up is easy.

  • Exception

Loose bags, overweight, prohibited items. Photographed, with a resident notice ready to forward.

  • Photos

Every building once it's cleared, plus every exception. About 20 a night on a 642-door route, not one per door.

Why switch to RPMTX

What your team gets to stop chasing.

  • The people at your doors work for us.

Our own employees, never subcontractors. Background-checked, badged, uniformed, and honestly kind of proud of it.

  • The compactor pad is on the route.

Strays bagged and overflow photographed every service visit, so your staff doesn't start the day cleaning up after us.

  • One call reaches the people who decide. That's a short phone tree.

You get a direct number on day one, so escalations skip the queue.

The switch plan

Switching shouldn't become a second job for your team.

  1. Before launchProperty walk and route design.
  2. 7 days beforeWe write the resident notice. You post it.
  3. Day 0One-day container changeover. Out with the old cans.
  4. Week 1We ride every route and call you each morning.
  5. From night oneYour completion report starts. Receipts, every service visit.

The make-good promise

If we miss it, we fix it.

24 hours
If a pickup is ever missed, it's made right within 24 hours at no charge.
2 misses
Miss the same unit twice in one billing month, and that unit's RPMTX fee for the month is credited on your next invoice. Accountability has a line item.

Service area

Greater Austin, let's talk trash.

Each city sets its own collection rules. Austin pickup runs at night. Outside Austin, schedules are set per property.

  • Austin1-7 nights a week, in the window you pick. Apartments with 5+ units must offer recycling and composting under the URO; we help run it.
  • Cedar Park · Leander · Round Rock · Georgetown · Pflugerville · Hutto · Buda · Kyle · San MarcosSchedule set per property. Austin's URO stops at the city limit, San Marcos requires apartment recycling, and we check each city's rules before we quote.
