How it works

What we do at your doors, and the receipts in your inbox.

Every door is logged on every service. Exceptions are photographed, and the report reaches you by morning. Here's the full tour: a service step by step, the make-good promise, the switch, reporting and integrations, and who it's built for.

Step by step

Four steps. Same four, every service.

In Austin, service runs 1-7 nights a week in the window your property picks. Outside Austin, the schedule is set per property. The steps don't change.

  1. Residents set it out before the window

Lidded container at the door before your collection window opens, trash bagged inside. Residents don't need to be home.

  2. The crew works every single door

Each door is logged as it is worked: collected, no set-out, or exception. Loose trash, liquids and overweight bags are flagged, not collected.

  3. Exceptions get their picture taken

Loose bags, overweight bins and compactor overflow are photographed and timestamped the same visit. Resident violations come with a notice already written, ready for your office to send.

  4. The report hits your inbox by morning

A door-level report arrives by email from your first service, nothing to install. If a door is ever missed, it's made right within 24 hours at no charge.

The RPMTX make-good promise

If we miss, we make it right.

  1. Made right within 24 hoursEvery miss is made right within 24 hours at no charge: collected on the next service night, and if that is more than 24 hours away, such as before a weekend or holiday break in service, the crew comes back within 24 hours.
  2. Repeat miss creditedMiss the same unit twice in one billing month and that unit's RPMTX fee for the month is credited on your next invoice.
  3. The log settles itA miss is trash set out in the service window, at the door, where our crew could reach it. If the log shows no set-out when the crew passed, it is not a miss, and you have the timestamp to show the resident.

The switch plan

Switching shouldn't become a second job for your team.

  1. Before launchProperty walk and route design.
  2. 7 days beforeWe write the resident notice. You post it.
  3. Day 0One-day container changeover. Out with the old cans.
  4. Week 1We ride every route and call you each morning.
  5. From night oneYour completion report starts. Receipts, every service visit.

Reporting & integration

Your systems. Not another password to forget.

Start with email. Go deeper when you are ready. No pressure.

  1. Inbox

    Door-level report by email

A door-level report and same-night exception notices to whoever you list. Resident notices arrive written and ready to forward.

Included in the per-door rate. Live from your first service night. Nothing to install, nothing to update.

  2. Work orders

Tickets where your team already works

Where your platform allows it, what the crew sees can be raised as a work order in it: a full compactor, a light out in a breezeway, a broken stair tread. Waiting for your team before the morning walk.

Scoped to your property-management platform during onboarding and, where it applies, priced per door on top of the base rate.

  3. Resident records

    Violations on the resident record

With the deeper connection, resident violations can land on the resident record with the photo attached, so repeat issues are visible to your team without anyone re-keying anything.

Scoped during onboarding and priced per door on top of the base rate.

Our own crew already walks every building on your property every service. What they see should not stay a secret. See a sample report

Do you integrate with our property-management system?

The door-level report and exception notices arrive by email from your first service night, with nothing to install. If you want what the crew sees raised as work orders, or logged against resident records in the system your team already uses, we scope that with you during onboarding.
