Who we are
This website is run by RPMTX, LLC, doing business as RPMTX ("RPMTX", "we", "us"), a valet trash and property services company in Austin, Texas. Questions about this policy go to [email protected] or (512) 866-6695.
What we collect
- When you send the quote or contact form: the details you enter (name, role, email, phone, community, unit count, management company, notes and any contract details you choose to share), whether you ticked the box to get texts about your request, the time of the request and your IP address. We keep the time and IP address to stop spam and as a record of your texting choice.
- When you text or call (512) 866-6695: your phone number, your messages, and call details. Calls answered by our automated phone assistant are recorded and transcribed so our team can follow up.
- When you use the chat assistant (Rex, or Dessa on request): the questions you type are sent to our hosting provider's AI service to write an answer. We do not store your chat messages. Your browser keeps the conversation until you close the tab. Please don't share personal details in the chat.
- When you browse: our hosting provider processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site, and Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, so your browser sends Google your IP address and browser type too. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
To answer your request, prepare pricing, schedule and deliver service, handle missed-pickup reports, keep business records, and protect the site from abuse. We don't sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run these tools for us, under their own privacy terms: Cloudflare (website hosting, form storage and the chat assistant's AI), Resend (delivering form emails to us), Quo (our phone and text service) and Google (the site's fonts). We may also share information when the law requires it.
Text messages
RPMTX does not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text message opt-in or consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that run our website, forms and messages for us, such as our phone and text provider and wireless carriers, or when the law requires it.
When you text us, we reply about what you asked. If you tick the "Text me about this request" box on our quote form, we text you about that request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop receiving texts. Full details are in our SMS terms.
How long we keep it
We keep requests, messages and call records for as long as we need them to serve you and keep ordinary business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected] or calling (512) 866-6695. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
Children
This site is for property owners, managers and residents, not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
