Core service · Our whole thing
Austin doorstep trash pickup. A damn good use of the night shift.
Doorstep collection in the window your property picks: 1-7 nights a week in Austin, and a schedule set per property everywhere else. Run by our own badged employees, never subcontractors. Every door gets logged, exceptions get photographed, and the report is in your inbox before the morning walk.

Every door worked, every service visit. Anything we can't take is photographed and flagged.

How it works
Doorstep valet trash, step by step
Residents set it out before the window
Lidded container at the door before your collection window opens, trash bagged inside. Residents don't need to be home.
The crew works every single door
Each door is logged as it is worked: collected, no set-out, or exception. Loose trash, liquids and overweight bags are flagged, not collected.
Exceptions get their picture taken, same night
Loose bags, overweight bins and compactor overflow are photographed and timestamped. Resident violations come with a notice already written, ready for your office to send.
The report hits your inbox by morning
A door-level report arrives by email from your first service night, nothing to install. If a door is ever missed, it's made right within 24 hours at no charge.
Questions
What property teams ask about this
Do you subcontract?
No. Every person RPMTX puts on your property is one of our own employees: background-checked, badged, uniformed and covered by our insurance. We do not subcontract, franchise or staff routes through an agency.
What happens if a pickup is missed?
Every miss is made right within 24 hours at no charge: collected on the next service night, and if that is more than 24 hours away, the crew comes back within 24 hours. Miss the same unit twice in one billing month and that unit's RPMTX fee for the month is credited on your next invoice. If the log shows nothing was set out, that is not a miss, and you have the timestamp to show the resident. A miss is trash set out in the service window, at the door, where the crew could reach it. The nightly log decides.
What happens when a resident breaks the rules? Who handles notices and fines?
The crew documents it, and the property decides what happens next. Loose bags, overweight bins and prohibited items are logged with photos the night they happen, and each comes with a pre-written notice your office can send to the resident as-is. Exceptions are logged door by door on the door-level report, so a repeat issue at the same unit has a dated, photographed record. Where your platform allows it, violations can also land on the resident record with the photo attached, scoped during onboarding and priced per door on top of the base rate. Fines and lease action are the property's call. Before launch, we also write the resident notices that go out seven days ahead.
Are containers included?
Yes. Lidded containers for every unit, replaced as they wear, plus move-in kits for new leases. No container deposit, no setup fee, no fuel surcharge.
Can you collect recycling too?
Yes. Doorstep recycling runs on the same route as your valet trash: single-stream, collected at the door, with contamination tagging. It is an add-on on the same contract and invoice, and you can add or drop it as the property's needs change.
Does my Austin property have to offer recycling?
Yes, if it has 5+ units. Austin multifamily properties with 5+ units have recycling and composting requirements under the Universal Recycling Ordinance. Outside Austin, requirements vary by municipality, and we quote each community on its own location, existing waste contract and collection needs.
How quickly can you start?
It depends on the property walk and container delivery. The sequence is a walk and route design, a resident notice we write and you post seven days before launch, a one-day container changeover, and a launch week where we ride every route and call you each morning. Ask for a start date with your quote.
