  • D-112 furniture. Add a bulk pickup, or ask the resident to arrange removal.

This is an example. Example Community, 12345 Acme Street, the buildings, units, times, counts and photos are all illustrative: not a real property, and not a real night.

How to read it

One status for every door. A photo for everything that isn't routine.

  • Collected

Picked up, with the time logged.

  • No set-out

Nothing out when the crew passed. Logged with the time, so the follow-up is easy.

  • Exception

Loose bags, overweight, prohibited items. Photographed, with a resident notice ready to forward.

  • Photos

Every building once it's cleared, plus every exception. About 20 a night on a 642-door route, not one per door.

Every miss is made right within 24 hours at no charge, and the log decides what counts as one. What counts as a miss
